1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Yumble ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Yumble is operated by Ulo Studios ("we", "us", "our"). These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ulo Studios.

2. Description of Service

Yumble is a family meal planning application that uses AI to generate personalized meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists based on your family's dietary preferences and needs.

The service includes:

• AI-generated meal plans and recipes
• Smart shopping list generation
• Pantry tracking and expiration alerts
• Family sharing features
• Push notification reminders

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Yumble. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating a family account and adding family members, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

4. AI-Generated Content

Meal plans, recipes, and nutritional suggestions provided by Yumble are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as general guidance only.

Important disclaimers:

• AI-generated recipes may contain errors. Always verify ingredients against known allergies before preparing meals.
• Yumble is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.
• Nutritional information and kid-friendly scores are estimates and should not be relied upon for medical dietary requirements.
• If you or a family member has severe food allergies, always independently verify all ingredients in generated recipes.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure generated content is safe and nutritionally balanced, but we cannot guarantee accuracy in all cases.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others outside your family
• Use automated systems to access the App beyond normal usage
• Resell or redistribute generated meal plans or recipes commercially

6. Family Sharing

Yumble allows you to create a family group and invite members. When you invite someone to your family:

• They will have access to shared meal plans, shopping lists, and pantry data
• Any family member can mark meals as cooked, edit the pantry, and modify shopping lists
• The account creator can manage family membership through Settings

You are responsible for ensuring all family members you invite are aware of and agree to these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Yumble app, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is the property of Ulo Studios and is protected by intellectual property laws.

AI-generated meal plans and recipes created for your account are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share recipes with friends and family but may not commercially redistribute them.

8. Subscription & Pricing

Yumble may offer free and paid features. Any paid features will be clearly identified before purchase. Pricing and subscription terms will be presented at the time of purchase through the App Store.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored through their current billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Yumble is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any adverse reactions, allergic responses, or health issues arising from following AI-generated meal plans or recipes
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of nutritional information or dietary suitability
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You acknowledge that you use AI-generated meal recommendations at your own discretion and risk.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete All Data" option in Settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use of Yumble after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Yumble shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
